Project: Louis Massing Brut Reserve

Kaiju created Louis Massing, a unique, high-quality Champagne for an international restaurant group’s premium weekend brunch. By sourcing exceptional liquid, designing a modern label and bottle, and optimizing costs, we enabled the client to offer a true “all-you-can-drink” Champagne experience - while their competitors were limited to cheap sparkling wine.

Project: Zuma Daiginjo

Following the success of Zuma’s core Junmai Ginjo Sake, Kaiju Drinks was commissioned to develop an ultra-premium expression that would elevate the brand even further.

The result was a highly limited, handcrafted Sake produced in exceptionally small quantities using 100% Akita rice and traditional Japanese production techniques. Every detail was considered — from the authentic Washi label to the hige-moji calligraphy, featuring an intentional brush bleed synonymous with high-end Japanese craftsmanship.

Created as a true luxury bottling, the Sake successfully mirrored the commercial and brand success of Zuma Junmai Ginjo whilst achieving a retail position of several hundred pounds per bottle. Demand and volumes continue to grow internationally.
